What to know:
Included on your stay
-Full Kitchen, refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee pot, kitchen table, sofa.
-Full bath with a stand up shower.
-Full acre of land with outdoor fire pit, BBQ pit, picnic table.
-Private Dock with a public boat ramp less than 1/8 mile away.
-Fish cleaning house with 2 sinks and bait storage refrigerator.
Big Bear cabin has a washer and dryer.
Not included in your stay
Bring your own towels and toiletry.
Bring your own shampoo and soap.
You may want to bring an extension cord to run to the dock if you need to charge your boat.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
$300 deposit is required to hold reservation date, we will send your deposit back within two weeks after your stay. The full amount of your stay is to be paid in full within two weeks of your reservation.
You can pay by check, money order (preferred), or by credit card. If you have to pay by credit card there will be a 3% transaction fee.
If you have to cancel a refund will be processed only if we can fill the date. If expense is incurred in renting your vacancy, a deduction will be made accordingly. your refund will be issued upon receipt of deposit from guest filling your reservation.
Dog Policy- We are pet friendly
$100 per pet cleaning fee required, each additional pet thereafter will be an additional $100. Additional pet fees will be refunded ($100) after your stay, granted there is not additional cleaning required.
If your dog is like ours, he/she is part of the family.
Your dog may be left in the cabin only if kenneled. We ask that you please do not leave your pet unattended outside or in your vehicle. A leash must be used at all times while on Old Arrow Resort property. Additionally, you are responsible for any clean up or damages done by your pet.
Due to recent invents we are having to raise our pet policy and fees.
